The Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability and efficient operation of mechanical machinery and equipment within the manufacturing plant.

The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installation and continuous improvement of mechanical systems to minimise equipment downtime and support safe and efficient production.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

ELETRICAL TECHNICIAN

The ELETRICAL TECHNICIAN is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, machinery and equipment.

The position supports safe, reliable and efficient plant operations while helping to minimise equipment downtime.

ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER

The ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER supports the Production Manager in planning, coordinating and supervising daily manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently, safely and in accordance with quality standards. It also involves optimising production processes, resources, equipment and workforce while promoting continuous improvement.

MACHINE OPERATOR

The MACHINE OPERATOR is responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining production machinery to support safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing.

The role is carried out in accordance with ALAF Limited’s production standards, procedures and safety requirements.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

The MECHANICAL ENGINEER is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement of mechanical equipment and systems across ALAF Limited’s manufacturing operations.

The role involves equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, engineering projects, preventive maintenance and production support to help maintain safe, efficient and uninterrupted operations.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

The QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER is responsible for ensuring that ALAF Limited’s products and manufacturing processes consistently meet established quality standards, customer requirements and applicable industry specifications.

The role involves monitoring production quality, conducting inspections and tests, identifying quality issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
