Key Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Record and verify all incoming and outgoing goods.

Conduct regular physical stock counts and perform stock reconciliations.

Prepare, generate, and submit accurate inventory reports to management.

Track low-stock items, damaged goods, and product expiration dates.

Ensure stock records and

system data

are kept precise, accurate, and up to date.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience

Practical work experience in stock, warehouse, or inventory control.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems/software; proven experience in stock counting and reconciliation.

Competencies

High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, personal accountability, and effective teamwork and communication skills.
