About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented

Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist

based in Nairobi. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel growth campaigns designed to generate high-intent leads and build brand authority across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (PPC)

Design, launch, and manage paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Ads to drive qualified inbound leads.

Conversion Optimization

Build and test landing page workflows, ad copy, and lead forms to continuously lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and increase conversion rates.

SEO & Content Growth

Optimize web properties for search engine visibility, research high-intent keywords, and coordinate content assets to increase organic traffic.

Lead Automation & Tracking

Configure GA4, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking. Integrate ad campaign lead feeds directly with CRM workflows to ensure seamless hand-off to sales.

Performance Reporting

Track weekly campaign metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, click-through rates) and present clear data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of experience

in digital marketing, performance advertising, or growth marketing.

Demonstrated hands-on mastery of

Google Ads (Search/Display)

and

Meta Ads Manager

.

Proficiency with

GA4

Google Tag Manager, and CRM automation tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).

Strong copywriting skills capable of drafting compelling ad angles, headline variants, and email drip sequences.

Analytical mindset with a strong focus on ROI and lead quality over vanity metrics.
