Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Digital Engagement, Customer Experience, Commercial Strategy, or Product Management.

At least 5 years in a leadership role.

Core responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s digital engagement strategy aligned with business objectives.

Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels.

Identify emerging digital trends and consumer behaviors to develop innovative engagement initiatives.

Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure engagement, campaign effectiveness, and business impact.

Collaborate with Digital, Product, Fintech, Commercial, and Technology teams to enhance digital products and services.

Identify and establish strategic partnerships relevant to youth and digital communities.

Lead initiatives aimed at increasing active digital users and customer interaction.

Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
