About the Role

Port Anchor Logistics is seeking a meticulous and professional

Accountant

to join its finance team. The role is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, managing clearing and forwarding financial transactions, reconciling invoices and bank statements, processing logistics expenses via the IDRAS system, and maintaining tax and accounting records in compliance with industry and statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Accounting & Financial Operations

Financial Processing

Manage day-to-day accounting workflows, process routine financial transactions, and maintain accurate financial ledgers.

Invoicing & Reconciliations

Prepare and reconcile customer invoices, receipts, vendor payments, bank statements, and specialized clearing/forwarding operational expenses accurately.

Logistics System Usage

Utilize the

to track, verify, and process clearing and customs-related financial records and documentation.

Tax & Customs Records

Maintain organized filing systems for accounting entries, statutory tax documents, TRA filings, and customs financial records.
