About the Role

World Vision Tanzania is seeking a qualified

based in Dodoma. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day cluster disbursements, financial reporting, contract management, cash flow coordination, and administrative support for operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Processing & Reporting

Process disbursements within approved controls, record weekly entries in SunSystems, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and prepare monthly Financial Reports (FFR) and donor documentation.

Contract & Procurement Oversight

Coordinate vendor evaluations, facilitate contract creation, monitor deliverable quality and timelines, and manage timely contract renewals or terminations.

Cash Flow Management

Consolidate project funding requests across various programs to ensure sufficient liquidity and maintain target cash levels.

Administrative & Focal Point Support

Resolve accounts payable issues, handle supplier queries, and support office assessments and staff onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field (ACCA/CPA is an added advantage).

2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business administration.

Strong working knowledge of SunSystems software and MS Office Suite.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
